
Sohailla Digsby, RDN, LD, CPT
Sohailla Digsby is a registered dietitian, fitness pro, author and international speaker. Whether she’s writing, presenting, teaching fitness classes, or developing wellness programs, Sohailla loves to motivate people to be their personal best. She is passionate about keeping her wellness message balanced and fun, knowing that after the hype of the fads fade, people simply need practical steps to build a healthy foundation that will last.
Sohailla is the Founder of Best Body Nutrition & Fitness – directing the Best Body Countdown and training facilitators to run her 8-week lifestyle change program around the US. She runs a year-round wellness membership site, and offers a course on Self-Publishing. She and her husband of 21 years also direct a busy household of three young world-changers in Evans, Georgia.
Sohailla is the recipient of several awards, including the 2018 Outstanding Alumnus of the Year for Augusta University’s Dietetic Internship, 2016 SCW Presenter of the Year Award and the Georgia Academy’s Distinguished Service in Media Award in 2014. She has written three wellness-based books and one inspirational children’s book.
Sohailla is a mom of 2 boisterous biological boys (15 and 12), and one determined diva she adopted from China (9). She’s a devoted wife to the fella that asked her to the Senior Prom: she said no to Prom, but married him 5 years later (just over 20 years ago now). She counts it a privilege to share with you what she’s learned through 2 decades of personal challenges and client experiences related to food and fitness, and how to balance those with the realities of life: family, friendship, faith, frailties and future dreams. Melissa Layne, MEd
Melissa is a Kinesiology Department faculty member at the University of North Georgia. She has 30 years of experience and a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. She taught elementary PE and coordinated fitness programs for Royal Caribbean, Home Depot and orthopedic surgeons. Melissa is the author of WATER EXERCISE (Human Kinetics 2015), a member of the educational faculty and a DVD presenter for SCW. She is well versed at taking complicated material and breaking it down into easily understood pieces.

Ally Ponte
Allyson “Ally” Ponte is a 2020 National Fitness Ambassador and 2015 Up and Coming Female Presenter of the Year for SCW Boston Mania. She is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Group Ex Connect™, an online hub for fitness professionals, providing class content, education and resources. She is founder and CEO of Vibe Fitness, Inc, as well as Master Trainer, choreographer and program developer for Club Vibe® and the Vibe Fitness® formats.

Kelly Schur
Kelly Schur is COO of Vibe Fitness, Inc, as well as Master Trainer, choreographer and program developer for Club Vibe® and the Vibe Fitness® formats. She is also Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Group Ex Connect™, an online hub for fitness professionals, providing class content, education and resources. Additionally, she was named a 2020 National Fitness Ambassador and 2015 Up and Coming Female Presenter of the Year for SCW Boston Mania.
